1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Resumefy.pro ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Resumefy.pro regarding your access to and use of our AI-powered career platform and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Resumefy.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of Resumefy.pro, you must create an account. Accounts are created using Firebase Authentication with the following requirements:

  • Email and Password Registration: You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password (minimum 8 characters) to create an account.
  • Email Verification: After registration, you will receive an email verification link. You must verify your email address to access certain features of the Service.
  • Account Information: During registration, you may provide your name and other profile information. You are responsible for ensuring this information is accurate and up-to-date.

2.2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Promptly updating your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Security

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set forth in this section. You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Resumefy.pro offers the following subscription plans:

Freemium Tier (Free Plan):

  • Limited access to AI-powered resume builder (up to 3 resumes)
  • Basic portfolio builder features
  • Job tracker functionality
  • Subject to usage limits as determined by Resumefy.pro

Pro Plan:

  • Monthly Subscription: $29.00 USD per month
  • Quarterly Subscription: $79.00 USD per 3 months (approximately $26.33 USD per month)
  • Unlimited AI-powered resume builder
  • Unlimited AI cover letter generation
  • "AI Humanizer" - Beat AI Detectors: Make AI-generated content appear 100% human-written with configurable intensity levels (light, medium, aggressive). This premium feature helps your resumes and cover letters pass AI detection systems used by employers and ATS platforms.
  • Unlimited AI interview tutor sessions
  • Advanced portfolio builder features
  • Enhanced job tracker with analytics
  • Priority customer support

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments for Pro Plan subscriptions are processed by third-party payment processors:

  • Whop - Payment processing services are subject to Whop's terms of service and privacy policy

By subscribing to a Pro Plan, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor. Resumefy.pro does not store your full payment card details. All payment information is handled securely by our third-party payment processors.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days
  • Quarterly subscriptions renew every 90 days
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period
  • All fees are charged in USD (United States Dollars)
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to Pro Plan features until the end of your paid period
  • Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

3.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your Pro Plan subscription. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Resumefy.pro solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for:

  • Creating, editing, and managing your personal resumes and cover letters
  • Preparing for job interviews
  • Building and managing your professional portfolio
  • Tracking your job applications
  • Other career-related activities that comply with these Terms

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate Laws: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Spam or Abuse: Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
  • Automated Systems: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated systems to access the Service without our express written permission
  • Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Malicious Code: Transmit any viruses, malware, worms, or other malicious code
  • Data Mining: Extract, scrape, or mine data from the Service for any purpose not authorized by these Terms
  • Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
  • Commercial Use: Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than your personal career development without our express written consent
  • Resale: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

4.3 Violations

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action, where appropriate.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, submit, or store on Resumefy.pro ("User Content"), including but not limited to:

  • Resume content and data
  • Cover letters
  • Portfolio information
  • Job application data
  • Interview notes and responses
  • Any other information you provide to the Service

5.2 License to Resumefy.pro

By using the Service, you grant Resumefy.pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

  • Store, process, and display your User Content to provide and improve the Service
  • Use your User Content to generate AI-powered resumes, cover letters, and other documents
  • Create backups and ensure data security and availability
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our services (in anonymized and aggregated form)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms

This license continues even after you stop using the Service, except where you have deleted your account and all associated User Content.

5.3 Your Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to all User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Your User Content does not contain any defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material
  • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the account deletion feature in your account settings
  • Contacting us at [email protected]

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
  • You fail to pay any fees when due
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete or retain your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices
  • All outstanding fees remain due and payable
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE
  • WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
  • YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, VERIFYING, AND EDITING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE USE
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR RESUMES, COVER LETTERS, OR OTHER DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN JOB OFFERS OR INTERVIEWS
  • THE SERVICE MAY BE SUBJECT TO INTERRUPTIONS, DOWNTIME, OR TECHNICAL ISSUES

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESUMEFY.PRO, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE ACTIONS OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES
  • ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION of INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
  • Sending an email notification to the email address associated with your account
  • Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

12.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet or telecommunications failures.
